We have been assembling resources that, hopefully, you already know about, but want to make sure you have if needed.
The Cape Cod Children’s Place family support team is available to speak with families who are feeling stressed (emotionally, financially and otherwise.) Our phone is being monitored daily for you to call – 508-240-3310.
Food and diapers can be delivered to those who are struggling. Families who are not receiving SNAP benefits, should call the Dept of Transitional Assistance in Hyannis, who can enroll families over the telephone.
Here is a link to the Monomoy Regional School District web page with information about Monomoy drive thru meal pick-up with locations and times. It also includes information about free childcare being provided by the Harwich YMCA for families who are frontline healthcare workers.
