Cape Cod Children’s Place is offering daily Facebook posts this summer and three pre-recorded virtual programs:
Adult Yoga for Self Care, Mindfulness for Adults; and Nurturing Skills for Families, in partnership with Family Nurturing Center. These programs require pre-registration; to receive a link, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Call with questions, a need to link to resources, and to register for playgroups.
Please call Monday – Friday between 9am-5 pm at 508-240-3310.
Register to attend our First Quarterly Parent Advisory Council Meeting.
Registration for playgroups is also required due to a maximum capacity of viewers.

Being a Mom can be overwhelming & stressful. We can feel tired, anxious, self-critical, & isolated. You are not alone! Join us for our weekly support group in a welcoming, safe and judgement-free environment.
