Cape Cod Children’s Place helps families to find and use the resources they need to support them in raising safe and healthy children. Some of these resources are administered by Cape Cod Children’s Place, others are available through different local and Capewide organizations. In all cases, Cape Cod Children’s Place staff are available to assist families to connect with the resources they need and receive follow-up that will support their specific situations.
