Our Wish Upon A Star event has become a highlight of summer, as many slowly move forward safely in reopening we have decided not to have the event this year. But, we are very fortunate this year to have another opportunity for fun, fishing, an online auction and a new way to raise money to support the work of Cape Cod Children’s Place.

This year, we are excited to be teaming up Mid-Cape Home Centers for the 5th Annual EJ Jaxtimer Charter Cup Fishing Tournament  The mission of the Charter Cup Fishing Tournament is for local businesses and charter fishing boats to come together to raise money for local non-profits. All non-profits involved in the tournament have been specifically chosen for their impact on our community and the outstanding services they provide.

This is an invitation only, one day event, where each business sponsor coordinates fundraising efforts for its chosen non-profit. 100% of all money raised will directly benefit the participating non-profit.

The fishing Tournament is July 14th, but our work begins now.

We’re securing sponsors and items for the online auction which goes live JUNE 11th.
