The mission of the Cape Cod Challenger Club is to enrich the quality of life for children and young adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities by providing them with the opportunity to participate in a variety of athletic, recreational and social activities that are most often not available to them under typical circumstances. The emphasis of this program is placed on active participation and not on competition. The goal is to provide all participants with the opportunity for personal growth and development. The Cape Cod Challenger Group efforts are aimed at fostering self-confidence and self-esteem in a supportive and encouraging environment. Programs are available to boys and girls of all ages, with all types of physical and developmental disabilities.
