Early Learning Center
Sea Babies (infant classroom)
Teachers: Holly Carlo and Arelis Cruz-Alemán
Our learning environment offers opportunities for infants to touch, taste, smell, listen, and observe, supporting their natural curiosity and exploration.
In addition to engaging in planned activities that foster self-awareness, we prioritize building a strong, secure attachment with each infant. Research shows that a positive connection with a caregiver is essential for optimal development.
Sea Stars (toddler classroom)
Teachers: Monica Botto, Derrick Roese, Holly Carlo & Audrey Barclay
Toddlers thrive when their natural curiosity and enthusiasm for the world around them are nurtured and supported. Every day, our toddlers engage in a variety of hands-on, sensory activities that spark their love for play.
We focus on building strong relationships, attending to each child’s unique social and emotional needs, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where they can grow and flourish.
Lobsters (preschool classroom)
Teachers: Oana Andris, Karina Negron-Miranda and Karie Miller
In the Lobster classroom, we believe the best learning happens through all of our senses—touch, sound, sight, smell, and taste. Our days are filled with hands-on activities that encourage investigation, exploration, and discovery.
Along with building foundational skills for learning, we also focus on developing empathy, emotional regulation, problem-solving abilities, and strong friendship skills.
Sea Horses (pre-K classroom)
Teachers: Stacy Bayt, Julianna Peterson & Karie Miller
In the Sea Horse class, our primary focus is on building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community. Every day, we create opportunities for the children to collaborate, share ideas, and support one another, which helps develop their social skills and emotional intelligence.
Through hands-on activities, nature exploration, and engaging in creative play, we encourage curiosity and critical thinking. Our classroom is a place where imagination flourishes, allowing children to express themselves in unique and meaningful ways, whether through art, storytelling, or pretend play.
.
Our team is dedicated to fostering strong, supportive relationships with both children and families. We understand the importance of creating meaningful learning experiences that engage with the natural world, music, art, and movement, allowing children to explore and express themselves in diverse ways. Above all, we deeply believe in the magic of early childhood—the critical window of growth and discovery when children’s potential is limitless. Through nurturing these connections and experiences, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of learning and a strong sense of belonging.
