A Newly Expanded Building

With the expansion of our building, we have made services more accessible to the Lower and Outer Cape. We are very grateful to the individual donors, organizations, and businesses who helped to make this building expansion possible. Below is information about services that are available in the Community, and may be coming back to Cape Cod Children’s Place for services, after being closed for a time due to COVID. In addition to those community businesses that schedule time in Eastham with us, please contact us for services not listed, as our community ties run deep.

Immigration Resource Center
Immigration Resource Center provides provides free and confidential legal counsel about all immigration issues, including immigration options; work visas; green cards; public benefits; immigration lawyers; and much more.

Department of Transitional Assistance
The Dept. of Transitional Assistance mission is to assist low-income individuals and families to meet their basic needs; increase their incomes, and improve their overall quality of life.

Outer Cape Health Services
Community Resource Navigator
This program helps assist residents with unmet medical, behavioral health, or human service needs. They can help to identify support networks and services to get you the care you deserve toward leading a healthier and happier life.

Mobile Dental Hygiene Services
Mobile Dental Hygiene Services provides convenient access to preventative oral health care. Including cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, x-rays, periodontal cleanings. Mass Health and private pay accepted.

Family Pantry of Cape Cod

CACCI / Child Care Network
Child Care Network offers a State subsidy program for Child Care vouchers and other services. Call to speak with a voucher counselor.

Parent Information Network
PIN is a parent information and support program designed by parents and professionals to help families of children and young adults ages 5 – 25 with serious emotional, behaviorial, and/or mental health challenges.

Outer Cape WIC
Outer Cape WiC provides free healthy food, breatfeeding support and nutrition information to eligible families at Cape Cod Children’s Place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
